Orders are fulfilled on a best available basis. Balcony Seats do not have elevator access. If you have specific seating requirements, contact the Mechanics Hall Box Office Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 508-752-0888 or 508-752-5608. Ticket purchases and fees are not refundable. Tickets ordered online within 2 weeks of a performance are held at will call for pick-up before show time. Tickets ordered online 2 or more weeks before a performance will be mailed.
